Born in New Delhi, Anil is a photographer by profession and a chef by passion.
Author of the book India from Yesterday and Tomorrow, he wants to pass on his knowledge of Indian culture through its culinary traditions.
In 2014, he was a culinary consultant on Spielberg’s movie The Recipes of Happiness, which follows the journey of an Indian chef. Anil continues to impress us with his increasingly exquisite culinary innovations.
