Alba Pezone: Italian chef

From Naples, Alba Pazone moved to Paris to study at university. Cooking was a remedy for her nostalgia for her native land.
After completing her studies, she went into marketing, which she abandoned 8 years later to take a CAP in cookery at the Ecole Ferrandi.
After working with top chefs and writing a number of cookery articles and books, she set up her own school, Parole in Cucina, in Paris. Alba is also a member of the Slow Food Italy association, a columnist for Elle à Table magazine.
