Chiara Micalizzi
Chiara is a Trainer, Facilitator and Coach, with 15 years of experience in managerial and coordination roles, in the areas of Customer Operation, IT and Learning & Development in Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Automotive multinationals.
She is part of the international community of facilitators linked to Creative Foundation Education and the Board of Crea Conference, the largest European conference on creativity and innovation.
Passionate about neuroscience, she supports companies to produce concrete and real innovation as well as change management; and managers to develop more effective relationships, improve communication and creatively manage conflicts.
She collaborates with Valore D in the creation of projects to nurture an inclusive culture, firmly convinced that it is the basis for innovating and making tangible change.
Her skills include: Pedagogy for the Third Millennium, Creative Problem Solving (Osborn-Parnes method), FourSight Thinking Profiles and Creative Conflict Management.
She attended the three-year School of Counseling of the Patrizio Paoletti Foundation and graduated in Educational Sciences.
